These are prepared at home by Homemakers on H4 visa or senior citizens living with their children and desirous of using their culinary talent to make some money on the side. For “newly arrived in US” families, the various videos and posts courtesy of social media and YouTube, have replaced the long-distance calls to Moms/Moms-in-law for recipe guidance.
