Diwali Remedy For Binge Eating
- 250 gms Jaggery
- 100 gms Dry Ginger Powder
- 2 tbsp Ground Plack Pepper Powder
- 2 tsp Ground Cumin Powder
- 1 cup Ajwain / Carrom Seeds Water (Optional)
- 3-4 tbsp Ghee or Clarified Butter
- 1 tbsp Organic Honey
- 1 cup Water
- Mix all the spice powders well. Sieve this mixture to get a fine, powder without small lumps
- Heat a pan. Add Jaggery and water
- Cook till the jaggery melts and dissolves completely
- Add the sieved spice powder into this mix. Add the Ajwain Water
- Cook for a while, till the entire mixture thickens into a pasty consistency
- Add the ghee or clarified butter now. Keep stirring it till it becomes a soft mushy consistency
- Let it cool, and add the honey at the end, after cooling
- Your Diwali remedy is ready!
